Virtual Meeting Information:

We invite all presenters to submit their poster to the Virtual Meeting, the most comprehensive collection of oncology-related multimedia lectures available on the Web. Your submission will be accessible to all meeting attendees, as part of Virtual Meeting. Poster submission to the Virtual Meeting is optional, and highly encouraged. The deadline for poster submission is January 21, 2012 (11:59 PM EST).

Preparing Your Poster:

    • Avoid excessive animation and unnecessary graphics.
    • You may upload a single slide or image of your printed poster or you may prepare a set of slides as if you were presenting orally (JPEG, TIFF, PDF, or PowerPoint® files are accepted). The Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium PowerPoint template is available for download here.
    • Submit only ONE file using the instructions below.
    • If you change your presentation after you have submitted it, delete the old version, then upload the new version following the steps above. Please note that the new file will overwrite your previous version.
